For the last 2 weeks I have been dealing with my ISP and non-existent internet service at home. When not on hold or dealing with a technician or waiting for a technician, I’ve had a lot of time on my hands waiting for things to happen. This has been good for my sewing, if not my blood pressure! In the last week and half, I managed to whip out this cute little embroidery project and even quilted it. It’s a 12″ x 16″ wall hanging. The embroidery designs come from Doodle Stitching – The Motif Collection by Aimee Ray. The background fabric is some lovely white cotton that my parents brought back from me from a trip to Egypt. It was a dream to stitch on and I’ve got more left so I’m looking forward to using it again.

Glad the material from Egypt was easy to work with. Guess we should have brought you some in colors too!
