		<description><![CDATA[Mmm, your panettone and mini-panettone look incredible!  I have never heard of Fiori di Sicilia before - it sounds wonderful!  Thanks for mentioning the Artisan Bread book recipe - I have that book too and may need to give it a try for a faster version!  My panettone papers were probably too SMALL, as mine rose up and over the top.  I think they  must vary a lot in size...  Ah well, as long as it tastes good, right?  Great work.  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>

I think I used bigger molds, too, because they had awesome texture but never got very big. And yes, having a cold house totally affects the rise. I did a sourdough version and my second rise took almost 24 hours! But the end taste is delicious! :)]]></description>
