This last week, while I was on vacation, all my zinnias burst into bloom so that when i came home there were beautiful, brilliant blooms all over the place!  I planted twice as many as last year, so that I wouldn't feel pangs when cutting bunches for the house as there are still plenty left in the garden.  Now, if the grasshoppers and wasps would quit eating the leaves...
