| This Octagon-shaped quilt was made for a bare spot in my Mom's guest bathroom as a Mother's day present. They've got a fish-theme going on in there and when I saw the Asian-style fabric with goldfish on it, I was inspired to make a Koi-pond quilt. I fussy cut the goldfish out of their fabric and fused them to a light blue watery-looking fabric. I used a bubbly looking border and machine quilted it using shiny variegated thread. |
