Log Cabin Stars

Queen Size

Completed in 1998

This queen-size bed quilt was made for my parents’ bedroom in the new house they bought for their retirement.  They really like red, so my Mom picked out the red, white and blue fabrics and the Log Cabin pattern.  The stars made it more interesting for me to sew.  We had the top professionally quilted. The pattern comes from the Star Log Cabin book by Eleanor Burns .
