Monster Cookies II

Yield:52 large cookies
This recipe comes from  It's a satisfying peanut-butter and oatmeal based cookie which contains no flour and is filled chock-full of lots of goodies.  It's a great way to use up odds and ends of your baking cupboard or candy dish.  M&Ms, peanut butter pieces, chocolate chips, raisins, and anything else you like can be added to your taste. The original recipe made a huge number of cookies, so I scaled it down by half and still get around 50 large cookies.  They keep well and are good for the lunch box.
